Application and indemnity form

This form must be completed for all activities outside of normal meeting venues. Complete this for pack holidays, camps, hikes, water activities

C5 form

Admission form

All members must complete this form annually

C6 form

Adult application and indemnity form

This is for all members over 18 years old and must be completed for all activities outside of normal meeting venues

C1 form

Permission to camp

Adult leaders to complete and submit 30 days prior to camp

C2 form

Camp return

Adult leaders to complete and submit not later than 7 days after camp

C3 form

Permission to hold a special activity

This form is to be used for all Hiking, Boating or other special activities. Adult leaders to complete and submit 30 days prior to event
